At Salty Hippy, we carefully pack every order with love and care so that your new pieces arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping on orders over R1000.
For orders under R1000, a flat delivery fee of R80 will apply.
Delivery options
We make use of reliable delivery options, including:
- Courier delivery to your door
- Locker delivery, where available
- We do NOT offer colelction in store, only delivery.
The available delivery options may depend on your address, the courier service used, and the delivery option selected at checkout.
Order processing times
Our lead times may vary depending on order volumes, courier schedules, public holidays, weekends, and the time needed to prepare your parcel.
Please allow a few days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Tracking information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp where available.
Please keep an eye on your email and WhatsApp messages so that you know when your order has been shipped and can follow the delivery progress.
Delivery times
Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Outlying areas may take longer than main city centres.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing is managed by the courier service. We will assist where possible if there are any issues with your shipment.
Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct when placing your order.
Salty Hippy cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
