Because our pieces are often limited, once-off, seasonal or carefully selected boutique items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if an item does not fit correctly, if you change your mind, or if it is not exactly what you expected. We encourage you to carefully check the product photos, descriptions, sizes and details before placing your order. If you are unsure about anything before buying, you are welcome to contact us at info@saltyhippy.com and we will gladly assist where we can. If your item is not the perfect fit for you, we encourage you to gift it, pass it on, or share the Salty Hippy love with someone else.

No refunds

Refunds are not permitted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or items not being exactly as expected.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, colour or style, a new order will need to be placed.
