We do our best to respond as soon as possible. Please allow a little extra time during weekends, public holidays, busy trading periods, or when we are packing and dispatching online orders.
Online orders and delivery
Salty Hippy online orders are delivered by courier to your door or to available locker delivery points.
We do not currently offer in-store collection for online orders. Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct when placing your order so that your parcel can be delivered successfully.
If your enquiry relates to an online order, please include your order number when contacting us so that we can assist you faster.
Order updates, delivery tracking, and shipping notifications may be sent by email or WhatsApp, depending on the details provided at checkout.
